What is your turnaround time?
Laundry is a 2 day turnaround with a 1 day turnaround for $0.50 per pound more or EXPRESS at $1.00 per pound more. EXPRESS is same day if ordered before noon/12:00pm and 8 hours if ordered after noon/12:00 pm.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed securely through our app. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! First time customers will receive 25% off their first order.
Veterans will receive a 15 %discount with a DD-214 and military will receive a discount with an active ID.
Businesses will receive a quantity discount due to higher volume.
Free pick up and delivery.
Our minimum price per total order is $15 and some laundry services can be double that price.
Can I get texts or emails?
Either way or both!
How do I sign up?
Online is the best way.
Will my clothes be washed or dried with other people's clothing?
Never!
Do you separate whites and colors?
Yes indeed!
Is there any contract or otherwise long-term commitment?
No, not at all. Stop when you want to.
Is there a delivery charge?
Nope...it's entirely free with no price adjustment either to compensate for the cost.
What happens if you lose or damage a garment?
In the rare instance of that happening, it will be replaced at face value. Damage not applicable to predamaged garments.
Is there a 'missed pick up' fee?
Yes, $10.00, to help keep our costs low but you can leave it in your garage or doorstep if your going to be gone. If you desire otherwise please reschedule online.
Do you sell laundry bags?
Yes, we extra 30 pound cotton drawstring laundry bags for $10.
What is your minimum price per total order?
$15. Some laundry services can be double that.
